One Big Headache
Renovation works are about to begin….. yep, bet you guys didn’t think it’ll happen this quickly eh? Well, my Tuan is “Mr Compulsive Impulsive” (I love you darling!). 1st of November is D day and like we’ve been packing and packing and still packing. We’re scheduled to move into mummy’s this Sunday and there’s still so much to do!!!! Luckily the chickadees are off from school today, in lieu of Deepavali, so I don’t have to run up and down and can concentrate on the rest of the packing (lucky Tuan has to work). I’m supposed to be having a Halloween party this evening for Mikey & his school mates but I think I’d just have to leave them standing outside the door…. His school has organized a little trick or treat walkabout to a few homes in our neighbourhood; this will be rather fun for him. I’m sending Megs dressed as a witch to help out. My dear Edward, Mish & Caitlin will be coming over and looking at my home now, it’s gonna be fright night for real. Thanks Mish for baking your lovely mac pie for tonight!

Where Have I Been?
Yes, where have I been indeed? It’s already the second last week of October and I have not made a single entry. I guess I owe it to my regular readers (do I have any right now?) to provide some kind of news or explanation. Well I’ve been on a blogging break for several reasons but mainly because of the chickadees final exams, churning home videos and spring CLEANING! Tuan and I have finally decided to do a full renovation of our place which means I have 8 years of stocking up all sorts of things plus stuff which I brought over from my mum’s place to go through. I’ve been throwing and throwing and still there seems so much. I’m so dreading the store rooms. I’m buggered, excited, worried all at the same time. The change will be a much needed one but a huge part of me will miss the current feel and attachment I have toward the present look.
